Best Buy Studios - “Tagnato”



Best Buy opened a state-of-the-art studio that I was lucky enough to be brought in while custruction hats were still required.

The Task:  Bring art into this space.

With a nimble team, we dug into Best Buy’s past by recreating the tornado that started it all. This multi-story vintage speaker tornado tells the story of how Best Buy transformed from a speaker store to the household name it is today.


Alongside sourcing hundreds of vintage speakers we also greated the iconic Best Buy yellow tag out of vintage tech to welcome visitors into the studio space. 



Throughout the studio our team worked to incorporate colorful tech-centric art and themes. This effort won a 2024 Silver Pin for OOH Installations.
