Hey there. I’m a freelance broadcast producer and independent filmmaker based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You might remember that from my homepage.
Production begins and ends with collaboration. That philosophy drew me in from the beginning. Different brains working together in order to bring a creative vision to life...there’s nothing better. I pride myself on assembling the uniquely perfect team for each project that will fully realize the creative vision (on time and on budget).
For 15+ years, I’ve been producing TV, radio and web content for a range of clients. I’ve worked with everything from trained dogs to tapirs to surgeons to circus performers. I’ve made suitcases float and stuffed animals come to life. Filming anywhere from ice rinks to deep caves, and with both big and small budgets. What I’m trying to say is that I’m always up for a challenge.
I’m also an executive producer of the entirely female-led independent narrative feature-length film, Dragonfly. This experience rooted my passion to get more diversity on production sets, as there needs to be more women and BIPOC representation in this industry. Fact.
Outside of all that, I’m happiest in a tent. Or in a country halfway around the world. Or eating Honey Bunches of Oats. So if you have Honey Bunches of Oats and need some production help, I’m your gal.
